I think Hal Bateman should be higher than that, but this looks pretty good.
ReplyDeleteJake Hughes was second team all state and he is not even in mix. Also Chad Underwood his stats speak for themselves. I just don’t understand how you evaluate basketball players?
ReplyDeleteObviously we all will have some disagreements...Based on the season results its hard to not have Hughes and Coleman in my top 30 (or at the very least Hughes should also be in the just missed) but I credit IAHoops for one thing I am pretty confident that he/they do at least go out and try to watch as many kids as possible before ranking...Another site that does rankings cannot say that. I would also say I totally agree with Alex Walker not being in the top 30
ReplyDeleteHughes is in the just missed. I was just wondering why he and Underwood who was 2nd team all state last year and third team this year were not ranked a handful of these players abouve did not make any all state teams. Just my thoughts sorry if I offended.
ReplyDeleteNo offense taken here by any means....I just wanted to point out that this site at least tries to watch the players and then make a ranking...May or may not have seen them all but I am fairly confident that the mods do try to get out and watch to form their opinion and that I will always respect. I disagree with some of the rankings as well but as long as you are making an effort to see kids and do rankings you are ok in my book.
ReplyDeletetheres no #7?
ReplyDeleteThis is one of the weakest classes to come out of Iowa for a long time.
ReplyDeleteMalcolm Moore is the best player in the senior class. Just too bad he couldnt have kept eligible and proved it at the state tournament.
ReplyDeleteThats not saying much Weak Class.
ReplyDeleteStupid rankings!
